Data Protection and GDPR

We endeavour at all times to comply with UK data protection law and GDPR.

Your Data

We endeavour to collect only the minimum of data necessary to enable us to deal with you, and to provide you with such goods or services as you order from us, but will need to collect and keep the following data:

Contact Details - your names, addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers.

Transaction Data - details of orders received from you, delivery addresses, payment methods and invoices delivered to you

Use of Your Data

Your data will only be used for dealing with you and providing our goods and services to you

Your data will be held for so long as we continue to deal with you, and thereafter for not less than six years, or until such time as you request its erasure.

If you ask for the erasure of your data we may need to retain some or all of your data to comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Legitimate Interest - We will use your data in ways that you would reasonably expect and which have a minimal privacy impact. The use of your data will be proportionate and will be necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party), and where your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.

Contract - Where it is necessary to deal with you and to deliver the goods and service you have requested.

Data Sharing

We will not share your data with any third parties except: when where required by law; when necessary to deal with you or provide you with goods and services ordered from us, or where we have another legitimate interest in doing so.

If the provision of goods and services to you involves third-parties we will only provide those third parties with the minimum of your data necessary and only authorise them to use your data for the purposes our dealings with you.

Data Security

Your data will be kept safely, securely, within the European Economic Area (EEA) and in accordance with the principles of UK data protection law and GDPR.

If you agree that we should use electronic communication to correspond with you then such methods of communication may be unencrypted, and may pass through third party servers in jurisdictions outside the UK and the EEA.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, object, erase and restrict your data.
